How does it work?

When you purchase a ‘letter series’ you will be charged once for the cost of the entire series. The number of letters included in each ‘letter series’ varies based on the story. We aim to send out letters on a weekly basis, so you should expect one letter each week until you have completed the full series.

Is the shipping cost included in the price?

Yes, the shipping cost for all the letters in the series is automatically included in the price. Please note we currently only ship in the UK.

How do I know the order of the letters?

The letters are sent to you in a chronological order. We also number each page of the letter series so that you can save them in the correct order and check if any of the pages are missing.

I think I am missing a letter or pages from the series, what should I do?

We check all the pages in each letter diligently. However, if any of the pages or letters from the series are missing please contact us and we will arrange for the missing pages or letters to be sent to you.

I would like to purchase a letter series as a gift, can I do that?

Yes of course, just ensure that you put down the delivery address of the gift recipient. 

I moved and my address has changed, could I have my letters sent to my new address?

Yes of course, as long as the letter that is due to be sent that week has not already been posted, please ensure you let us know ahead of the time so you don’t miss out on any of the letters.


Refunds

We offer refunds on any of the products that are faulty, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of quality. Please contact us if you wish to claim for a refund and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
